This Licensing Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing the use of our mockup products ("Mockups").

By purchasing, downloading, or using our Mockups, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

Permitted Uses:

Personal License
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Mockups for your own personal, non-commercial projects. This includes unlimited personal use for creative exploration, portfolio work, and non-client-facing materials.

Commercial License
You may use the Mockups in commercial projects for clients, including but not limited to websites, social media content, advertisements, marketing materials, and presentations. This license extends to freelance work, agency use, and in-house company projects.

Free Sample Files
All free sample files are subject to the same terms as our standard license. Redistribution, republishing, or resale of our mockups—whether as original source files or as stock assets—is strictly prohibited, even in the case of free downloads.

Please note:
Licenses are issued to a single user or entity and may not be shared, transferred, or redistributed. You are responsible for ensuring the Mockups are used in accordance with this Agreement.

Our goal is to give you the flexibility to use our mockups across a wide range of creative applications—while protecting the integrity and value of the original designs.

The following actions are strictly prohibited when using our mockup products ("Mockups").

By purchasing or downloading our Mockups, you agree not to:

1. Resell or Redistribute
   You may NOT sell, sublicense, share, or distribute the Mockups—either in original or modified form—as standalone files.
2. Create Templates or Derivative Products
   You may NOT use the Mockups to create templates, themes, or derivative works intended for resale, redistribution, or free public release.
3. Bundle in Resalable Software or Applications
   You may NOT include the Mockups in downloadable or resalable applications, software programs, web builders, or platforms where the assets can be accessed or extracted.
4. Distribute Source Files to Clients or End Users
   You may NOT deliver or sell the source files as part of a client project or commercial package where the design assets may be reused.
5. Modify for Rebranding or Reuse in Other Tools
   You may NOT recreate, adapt, or convert the Mockups using alternative software platforms or tools for the purpose of resale, redistribution, or rebranding.
6. Extract or Repurpose Design Elements
   You may NOT copy or extract UI components or visual elements to create new products, templates, or assets for redistribution.
7. Imitate Functionality or Design Logic
   You may NOT mimic the interaction, principles, or design structure of the Mockups in competing or derivative works.
8. Claim Ownership of Altered Versions
   Making minor edits—such as adjusting colors or cropping—does not transfer ownership. Copyright remains with the original creator.
9. Remove or Replace Branding Elements
   You may NOT alter, remove, or replace any embedded branding, watermarks, or placeholder content for the purpose of republishing or selling the modified file.

Enforcement
We actively monitor for unauthorized use of our Mockups. Any use that violates this license may result in:

• Takedown requests on marketplaces or hosting platforms,
• Suspension or termination of user accounts,
• Legal action and financial penalties.

Third-Party Content and Intellectual Property
Device.Graphics may reference third-party products, creators, and brands through the use of names and imagery. All related intellectual property rights, including trademarks, are the sole property of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to these entities in any way.

By using these assets, you acknowledge your responsibility to obtain any necessary permissions from the rights holders and to comply with any applicable brand or usage guidelines. Device.Graphics makes no warranties, express or implied, including any related to non-infringement of intellectual property rights.

Pricing and Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update pricing and revise this License Agreement at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our Mockups after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

All sales are final. As the products are digital and delivered instantly upon payment, refunds or returns cannot be provided.
